What is the return policy?
Due to the nature of our grooming and personal care products, returns are only accepted for unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Are any purchases final sale?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or heavily discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Any final sale items will be clearly marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping usually takes around 6–15 business days depending on your location and carrier availability. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way
